Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ansra's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, users, and others who access or use the Ansra platform.

Service Description

Ansra provides AI-powered call handling and lead automation services, including:

  • An AI receptionist that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, qualifies callers, and books appointments.
  • Automated lead reply — instant AI responses to inbound form submissions, emails, and SMS inquiries.
  • A client dashboard for tracking calls, leads, and business activity.
  • Integration with third-party tools including Twilio, Vapi, and Stripe.

Service availability is subject to the uptime and reliability of third-party providers. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure providers, network issues, or events outside our control.

Payment Terms

Ansra operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize Ansra to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the applicable plan fee.

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Usage-based fees (per-call billing) are billed in arrears based on actual usage reported during the billing period.
  • Included calls — The Starter plan includes a set number of successful calls per month. Calls beyond this threshold are billed at the per-call rate specified in your plan details.
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
  • All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days written notice.

AI Disclaimer

Ansra's AI receptionist is an automated system designed to assist with call handling and lead qualification. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The AI is not authorized to make legally binding commitments, contracts, or guarantees on behalf of your business.
  • Appointment bookings, quotes, and scheduling made by the AI are subject to your review and confirmation.
  • The AI may make errors, misunderstand callers, or provide incomplete responses. You are responsible for following up with callers where necessary.
  • Ansra is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-captured lead or call information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI call handling complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Call Recording Disclosure

Calls handled by Ansra's AI receptionist may be recorded for quality assurance and transcription. It is your responsibility to ensure that call recording complies with all applicable federal and state laws in your jurisdiction. Callers are notified that the call may be recorded before recording begins.

By enabling the AI receptionist on your phone number, you confirm that you have the legal authority to record calls on that line and accept responsibility for compliance with call recording laws applicable to your location and industry.

SMS Opt-Out Compliance

Ansra's platform may send SMS messages to callers or leads who have initiated contact with your business. You agree to use the SMS features of our platform in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.

All SMS messages sent through Ansra include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently. You must not use our platform to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented to receive SMS communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Missed calls, missed leads, or missed appointments due to AI errors or service downtime.
  • Incorrect information provided by the AI to callers.
  • Revenue loss resulting from service interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data.

In no event shall Ansra's total liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ansra's services to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Violate any applicable laws, including those governing telemarketing, call recording, or data privacy.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

Ansra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Access to the Ansra dashboard and AI services will cease at the end of the notice period.
  • Any outstanding invoices become immediately due.
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, data may be deleted.
  • Phone numbers provisioned through Ansra will be released back to the carrier pool unless transferred by arrangement.

Ansra may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or engage in conduct that violates applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
