Ansra AI LLC (“Ansra AI,” “we,” “us”) provides paid advertising management and lead follow-up services to local businesses. When a consumer requests information from one of our client businesses, we contact that consumer on the business’s behalf by text message to follow up on the request and help schedule an appointment. By using our services or our website, you agree to these terms.

SMS terms

• Messages are sent on behalf of the business you contacted, in response to your request for information from that business.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@ansra.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansra AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
