Who we are

Ansra AI LLC (“Ansra AI,” “we,” “us”) provides paid advertising management and lead follow-up services to local businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in providing those services. You can reach us at support@ansra.ai.

Our role

We process lead data on behalf of our client businesses. When you submit your details to a business — for example through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — that business decides how your information is used, and we act as its service provider to contact you, follow up, and help schedule appointments. Each client business is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Information we collect

• Lead form data received from Meta Lead Ads: your name, phone number, email address, and your answers to the form’s questions.
• SMS message content: the text messages we send to you on a business’s behalf and the replies you send back.
• Client account information: contact and business details of the businesses that use our services.

How we use information

• To contact you on behalf of the business you requested information from.
• To send follow-up messages related to your request.
• To schedule appointments with that business.
• To operate, secure, and maintain our services.

Automated and AI processing

Messages you send and receive may be processed by artificial intelligence service providers to generate replies on the business’s behalf. This processing is used only to respond to your inquiry and to help schedule appointments.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to run our services, including providers of website hosting, database storage, SMS delivery, and AI processing. They process personal information only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services to us.

SMS messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for full SMS terms.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services to the business on whose behalf it was collected, or as required by law. When a client business stops using our services, we delete its lead data within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to keep it.

Deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. See our data deletion instructions.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@ansra.ai. Where we hold your information on behalf of a client business, we may refer your request to that business and will assist it in responding.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date below.
