Ansra ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered call handling and lead automation services to contractors and service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information captured through our AI services on your behalf.

  • Business information — Business name, address, and timezone provided during onboarding.
  • Contact information — Name, email address, and phone number of the primary account holder.
  • Caller information — Name, phone number, and details shared by callers during AI-handled calls, including service requests and appointment preferences.
  • Lead information — Names, email addresses, and messages from inbound leads submitted via forms, email, or SMS.
  • Billing information — Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers.
  • Usage data — Call logs, call durations, outcomes, and dashboard activity.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our AI automation services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to leads on behalf of client businesses.
  • Book appointments and send confirmations through integrated scheduling tools.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., welcome emails, password resets).
  • Display call and lead activity in your client dashboard.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues or disputes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data — with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

Ansra may send SMS messages to individuals who have initiated contact with a client business through our AI platform — for example, to confirm appointments or follow up on service requests.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

SMS messages are only sent to users who have provided their phone number and initiated a conversation or requested a callback. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe from future messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Call Recording

Calls handled by Ansra's AI receptionist may be recorded for quality assurance, transcription, and service improvement purposes. Callers are informed that the call may be recorded before any recording begins.

Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to the client business and Ansra staff for support purposes. Recordings are retained for a limited period and may be deleted upon request.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for database storage and authentication, with access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.

Your data is never sold to third parties. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@ansra.ai.

Third-Party Services

Ansra integrates with the following third-party services to deliver our platform. Each service operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Twilio — Phone number provisioning, voice calls, and SMS delivery.
  • Vapi — AI voice assistant infrastructure for handling inbound calls.
  • Supabase — Secure database storage and user authentication.
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery.

We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
