How to request deletion

To delete the personal information Ansra AI LLC holds about you, email support@ansra.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

In your email, include the phone number or email address you used when you submitted your information, so we can find your records.

What gets deleted

• Your lead record: your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you gave on the lead form.
• The history of text messages sent to and received from you.
• Any scheduled follow-up messages, which are cancelled.

We may keep information we are legally required to retain. If you opted out of text messages, we may also keep your phone number solely to make sure you are not messaged again.

Timing

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once your information has been deleted.

Information held by others

Deleting your information with us does not delete information held by Meta or by the business you contacted. To remove it from them, contact them directly. See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your information.
