How we use SMS

Ansra sends SMS messages on behalf of our business clients to their customers and leads who have explicitly consented to receive messages. Messages include appointment confirmations, booking reminders and service follow-ups.

How you consent

You consent to receive SMS messages in one of the following ways:

  1. By calling one of our clients' business numbers and providing your callback number during the call.
  2. By submitting a contact form on one of our clients' websites that includes SMS consent language.
  3. By using the chat widget on one of our clients' websites and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
  4. By submitting a form on ansra.ai, including the contact and book a demo pages.

What messages you may receive

  • Appointment confirmation messages
  • Booking reminders
  • Service inquiry follow-ups
  • Review request messages after completed appointments

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent.

You may also reply HELP for assistance or CANCEL to unsubscribe.
